Over the course of his career, Doug led organizations through growth, turnaround, and transformation while developing leaders at every level. Along the way, he discovered a consistent pattern: the greatest predictor of leadership success wasn't position, personality, experience, or even charisma. It was the internal system that guided how leaders made decisions, built trust, communicated, and inspired others, especially particularly during times of change and uncertainty.
